Traderverse has a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming of a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
• Sextortion involving minors.
• Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
• Any attempt to solicit sexual content involving a minor.
• Any content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse of children.

Any violation will result in immediate action, including account suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Engage in inappropriate communication with minors.
• Request or share sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Attempt to build relationships with minors for exploitative purposes.
• Use the platform to facilitate exploitation or abuse of children.
• Share, upload, or distribute CSAM in any form.

Traderverse actively monitors and reviews reported content and accounts to enforce these standards.

3. In-App Safety & Reporting Mechanisms

Traderverse provides built-in safety tools, including:

• Report User feature available on every user profile.
• Block User functionality to prevent unwanted interaction.
• Review system for handling violations.

Users can report suspected CSAE or other safety violations directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

We encourage users to immediately report any suspicious or harmful behavior.

4. Action on CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Traderverse will:

• Immediately remove the content.
• Suspend or permanently ban the offending account.
• Preserve relevant records as required by law.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant regional authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Traderverse complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and authorized child protection agencies.

6. Age Requirements

Traderverse is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements as specified in our Terms of Service. Users under the minimum legal age are not permitted to use the platform.
